About Me

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, obtaining my sales license in 1977 and later acquiring my Broker license. Over the years, I've managed and owned multiple Real Estate offices across various national franchises. My experience extends to training agents in Continuing Education, Broker Responsibility, and Legal Updates, among other essential courses.

Despite my extensive industry experience, I pride myself more on my integrity, work ethic, and uncompromising support of agents and clients. My enthusiasm for creating agent partners through various Realty Partner Programs is contagious. I focus on coaching agents in setting goals and training for success, constantly researching business models that fit my needs and offer great opportunities for other agents to further their careers and plan for future retirement.

Personal Life

In addition to my professional life, I am a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and husband. Leadership, integrity, ethics, and compassion are core values in my personal and professional life. Our children have been taught to always do the right thing and to understand that every decision they make affects many other people. This philosophy extends to my business practices.
